House Rules
Dear Guests, Once again Thank you for choosing our holiday home.
Kindly share the below House Rules with all your registered guests.
1. We take sanitization very seriously, hence we have in place a very strict protocol for sanitizing the home prior to a new CheckIN.
2. Cleaning Services is included on weekdays and Saturdays.
3. There is No cleaning services on Sundays and Public Holidays, however this can be arranged at an additional charge.
The home caters for 2 cars to park in the yard. For additional cars you must speak to the house manager, VJ, to make arrangements if additional vehicles can be accommodated.
1. There will be NO loud music, no external speakers and boom boxes type speakers.
2. By 9.30pm all noise / sound will have to be kept internally within the home. Screaming and Shouting in the house is not allowed, since sound travels.
Your total allowed guest count includes Adults, Children, Infants and Babies. Once your approved guest count is reached we do not allow additional stay over guests.
1. Bedding: Bed Linen, Pillows, Bath and Hand Towels supplied (1 set per guest). Beach Towels not supplied.
2. Toilet Rolls Supplied At CheckIN. NO other Toiletries supplied. Please carry your own Toilet rolls, toothpaste, bath soaps, body shampoos, bath scrubs/body sponges, shower caps.
3. Kitchen Items Supplied: standard cooking appliances, fridge, kettle, toaster crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans and cooking utensils
4. Iron & Ironing Board is provided.
5. Please carry your own cellphone and laptop chargers and adapters.
